Title: NUS Crystal Competition.

the crystal competition ^^

So today, had to woke up really early to get to school. meeeeeeeh. saw our boards, took the bus to NUS. We reached there about 9 i guessed. Set up our crystals. I was feeling extremely inferior cause at our right there's NUS high and our left there's PL Methodist. Their decorations were really great especially for the one opposite ours :/ I couldn't remember what school it was though. Haha, so we didn't bring anything for decoration except for petri dishes =.= Then we found out we actually had colour paper from our log book. Tore out a lot to decorate and also provided some for the other groups from our school. Well done, at least our log book wasn't put to waste.

After that, we still had a really plain table compared to the others so we started digging for more stuff. AND FINALLY WE FOUND CHARLOTTE'S TSHIRT WHICH ALSO WAS CONVENIENTLY GREEN IN COLOUR ^^

Then we used Charlotte's Box-pencil-case-thingy too.

In the end our table was still pretty plain but meeeeeh.
After that we got to have a little tour around NUS guided by Ms Ong. Just so you know, rides around NUS is not anywhere near fun...

Went into this bookshop and they actually have a travel agency there, don't ask me why.
They even sell crocs.

Then had our lunch. To be honest the Japan food was pretty great. Though the miso was the worst ever.

Leo was on a hunt for any electrical output to charge his phone -.- his logic.

Stayed at the canteen for a little while but then went back for our judging.

OH GOD IT WAS SO FREAKING BORING.
There were lots of people talking lalalalala, anyway it was the same lecture hall as the one we went for physics :3

And Charlotte, Ms Ong and I were like, we are never gonna win this. I mean, we lacked the green crystal so probably they are gonna disqualifie us or something...
THEN WHEN THE PRICES WERE GIVEN OUT FOR OUR CATEGORY,
we got nothing.
THAT WAS WHAT I THOUGHT UNTIL I FOUND OUT THOSE WERE SOME SIDE PRICES, IT WASNT FOR THE ACTUAL MAIN PURPOSE OF THE COMPETITION.

3rd was NUS
Then 2nd, omg. First I saw pictures that were too familiar. I was like " hey isn't that my handwriting ?"
And then i saw our names.
Oh god, by then i didn't even know what prize we got until i was on that tiny stage down below.
OH BEFORE I WENT DOWN HZ HAD TO TELL ME THIS "WHAT THE LOOK PASIR RIS CRESCENT "
Then my whole mood was off. I wasn't shocked or elated. Don't get me wrong i'm pretty happy about getting the prize. But it's really a sad thing how our school is so unknown people can get the name wrongly so often...

BUT YAY WE WON 2nd.
Naval Base was 1st THEIR CRYSTAL WAS COOL KAY.
